Do you host in-person group workouts?
No. We operate an elite Online Training Program (The UNCOVER Program) that athletes follow globally. While the curriculum can be executed either synchronously or asynchronously, the path is yours to walk. You will work directly with your Coach to determine the appropriate schedule and load for your specific physiological needs. While we are an online-first platform, we actively encourage athletes within the same regions to connect and train together—there is great strength in the collective.
Is Journey Endurance for beginners, or only elite athletes?
Strategy is for everyone, regardless of current rank. We work with “The Everyday Warrior”—individuals balanced between professional lives and athletic pursuits. If you have the discipline to take action and the patience to follow a plan, you belong here.
Can I switch programs if my goals change?
Yes. There are many paths to the top of the mountain. If your “A-Race” changes or life demands a shift in volume, your Coach will re-calibrate your training blocks to ensure you are always moving toward a relevant horizon.
What does the UNCOVER Program stand for?
The UNCOVER Program is designed to strip away the noise and “uncover” your true potential through specialized training blocks. It is a process of refinement—removing the weaknesses in your form, your pacing, and your mindset until only the warrior remains.
What technology is required to participate?
To master your training, you must have the tools to measure it. We primarily utilize TrainingPeaks for data analysis. You will benefit greatly from a GPS-enabled wearable (Garmin, COROS, Suunto, or Apple Watch) to ensure your data like speed/pace and heart rate are accurately captured for your Coach to review, however a stop-watch and Self-Report is all you truly need to start training!
How exactly does having a Coach help me?
A Coach is more than a programmer; they are an accountability partner, mentor, and tactical advisor. Drawing from a Coach’s experience is a shortcut to mastery, though it requires a specific mindset. You must be willing to take the steps of direct action when provided with a plan, but also gracious enough to communicate when the plan needs adjustment. A Coach helps contextualize your training, ensuring that every mile serves a greater purpose on your road to victory.
What is “The Hero’s Journey”?
Based on the work of Joseph Campbell, the Hero’s Journey is the universal pattern of growth and transformation. It is the roadmap we use to contextualize the training process every endurance athlete follows.

Choosing your program is about more than just volume; it is about the level of Immersion you require from your Coach.
UNCOVER: The Foundation
This is the entry point for the athlete looking to establish “The Way.” It is designed for those who need a structured, scientific blueprint to follow but are still building their foundational consistency.
Best For: Athletes balancing a high-stress professional life who need a reliable, expert-driven plan to follow without the need for daily tactical adjustments.
The Focus: Habit formation, base aerobic capacity, and learning the fundamentals of pacing.
UNLOCK: The Performance Breakthrough
The UNLOCK tier is for the athlete who has reached a plateau and needs to “break the lock” on their current limitations. It involves more frequent data analysis and a deeper dive into the “Wind” of strategy—understanding how to adapt to changing conditions.
The Focus: Specific race-day execution, advanced heart rate/power zone training, and psychological resilience.
Best For: Intermediate athletes targeting a specific PR (Personal Record) who need their Coach to analyze the nuances of their training data to find marginal gains.
UNLEASH: The Elite Mastery
This is the “Fire” and “Void” of training. UNLEASH is our highest-fidelity coaching tier, providing the most frequent contact and the most aggressive tactical pivots. It is total immersion in the Journey Endurance philosophy.
The Focus: Peak performance, high-volume management, and total strategic synchronization between Coach and Athlete.
Best For: Competitive athletes, ultra-endurance runners, or anyone whose life is currently built around a singular, massive athletic objective that requires daily accountability and precision calibration.
